Once the cake is delivered, Bento Cakes Noida is *not responsible* for any damage to the cake’s design, structure, or condition.

Issue at the Time of Delivery

Any concern regarding the cake must be reported *immediately at the time of delivery* to the delivery person. Complaints raised after delivery will not be considered regarding the appearance and design 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders cancelled after booking is *non-refundable*

Design Variations

All cakes are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, texture, or design are natural and acceptable.

Handwritten Text Font

The handwritten text style may vary depending on *chef availability*.

Font Customization

Customers may request a *change in font size*, but the exact font style cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Post-Delivery Handling

Proper storage and handling of the cake after delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
